Shipping Policy

At WildSoulWear, we currently ship orders within Australia and the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

• Australia: 3–7 business days
• United States: 3–7 business days

Including processing time, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4–10 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping rates are:

• 1 T-shirt: $9.95 shipping
• 2 or more T-shirts: Free standard shipping

The applicable shipping cost will also be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only to:

• Australia
• United States

We do not currently offer shipping to other countries.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has been dispatched.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order appears to have been lost in transit, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at riyanabbas78@gmail.com with your order details.

We will review the issue and help provide an appropriate resolution.
