Returns & Refunds Policy

At WildSoulWear, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In the same condition in which you received it
  • Returned with any original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at riyanabbas78@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please do not send a return before contacting us. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at riyanabbas78@gmail.com with your order details and, where appropriate, photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made products created specifically to a customer's individual request
  • Gift cards
  • Items specifically marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law

Standard WildSoulWear graphic T-shirts are not considered personalized products simply because they are printed to order.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, you may return the eligible item under this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at riyanabbas78@gmail.com.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in this Returns & Refunds Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
